The Digital Omnibus was introduced by the EU in November 2025 and suggests changes to central parts of the GDPR. We will during the presentation answer questions such as: Will the Digital Omnibus make compliance with the GDPR easier, as intended? Will companies need to change their way of working with privacy to comply with the suggested new requirements in the GDPR?
